to practice - sit in crossed Legs - with right hand in Vishnu Mudra (Nasika Mudra (closing index and middle finger)) or in Nasaagra Mudra (touching index and middle between eyebrows Agna Chakra) block right Nostril (Pingala) with Thumb (Fire) and left nostril (Moon) with Ring finger (water) - breath from left - hold - breathout from right Nostril it . if you do it with left hand you will touch thumb fire element on left nostril which is cool and moon which will harm the system.
performing 15 to 20 minutes of Vishnu Mudra + Alternate Nostril Breathing before meditatin will help focus on deep meditation.
